Personal Data Processed

Full name, phone number, email address, district/area, and any request or appointment details you share with us; your IP address for form security purposes; and, if you arrive via an ad campaign, technical campaign data (UTM parameters).

Purposes of Processing

Planning appointments, delivering the service, communicating with you, keeping our forms secure, measuring our advertising and marketing activities, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Legal Basis

Your data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK, including where processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller provided it does not harm your fundamental rights.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary to deliver the service and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, with our website hosting provider, a notification service that relays new appointment/message alerts to our team, and — where used — measurement providers such as Google Analytics and Google Ads. Beyond this, your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and any applicable statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and request related information; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties your data is transferred to, domestically or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in KVKK; and to request that these actions be notified to the third parties your data was transferred to.
